Simple Return Policy.
We guarantee all products
to be free from manufacturers defects for a period of 30 days after the
date of purchase. All product returns require an RA (return authorization)
number, you may request an RA# via email, fax, or telephone. All products
must be returned unopened, in the original package. There is a 20% re-stocking
fee for the return of all non defective products. You may cancel an order
if it has not shipped, by phoning us at (949) 586-0514. Most items
are shipped the same day as ordered (except over the weekend).
